                             Retirement of Director


Michael J Sanders, who is aged 68, retired from the Board of Lawrence Plc on
3 April 2006. He has been a director since 1 November 2004.

Peter Lawrence, Chairman of Lawrence Plc, said:

of our Eco Animal Health business and wish him well in his retirement"
