The Board was informed on 21 June that on 19 June 2002 Gavin Casey, a
non-executive director, purchased 2,500 Lawrence ordinary shares at a price of
3871/2p.  Following this purchase Mr Casey holds 20,000 Lawrence ordinary
shares, representing approximately 0.23 per cent. of the Company's current
issued share capital.
