The Board has been informed, that Gavin Casey, a non-executive director, has
carried a number of purchases of the Company's ordinary shares:

Following this purchase Mr Casey holds 17,500 Lawrence ordinary shares,
representing approximately 0.21 per cent. of the Company's current issued share
capital.

The Board has also been informed that Mike Brent, Executive Director, has today
sold 60,000 ordinary shares at a price of 385p and following this Mr Brent holds
25,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.29 per cent. of the
Company's current issued share capital.
