                             Director's Shareholding

Lawrence  plc ("Lawrence" or the "Company") announces that the Board of Lawrence
on  18  May  2007 granted 80,000 options to Mr M Loomes, a Director,  under  the
Company's Employee Share Option Schemes ("the Schemes").

All  options so granted are exercisable at a price of 216p per share and  become
exercisable from 18 May 2010.

Following this transaction Mr Loomes has options over 483,750 Lawrence ordinary
shares.
