                            Director's Shareholding


ECO has been advised that, on 8 May 2009, David Danson (non executive director)
purchased 14,598 Ordinary shares at £1.70 per share.  Following this
transaction, Mr Danson's beneficial interests in the Company stands at 14,598
Ordinary shares or 0.03 per cent of the current issued share capital
( 46,402,407 Ordinary shares ).
