                            Director's Shareholding


ECO has been advised that, on 26 March 2008, Peter Lawrence (Executive Chairman)
purchased 56,000 Ordinary shares at £1.09 per share.  Following this
transaction, Peter Lawrence and his family's current beneficial interests in the
Company stands at 9,556,000 Ordinary shares or 27.6 per cent of the current
issued share capital ( 34,598,727 Ordinary shares ).
