Eco Animal Health Group plc ("Eco" or the "Company") announces that the Board of
Eco on 12th March 2008 granted 100,000 options to Mr M Loomes, 50,000 to Ms J
Rosu and 50,000 to Mr K Stockdale, all Directors of the company under the
Company's Employee Share Option Schemes ("the schemes").

All options so granted are exercisable at a price of 108.5p per share and become
exercisable from 12th March 2015.

Following this transaction Mr Loomes has options over 583,750, Ms Rosu has
options over 206,100 and Mr Stockdale has options of 50,000.
