                 Completion of Acquisition of ECO Animal Health
                                       And
                               Additional Listing



Further to the announcement dated 4 October 2004 regarding the proposed
acquisition of the outstanding shareholding in ECO Animal Health (the
"Acquisition") that the company does not already own, the Company now announces
that it will complete the Acquisition on Friday 29 October 2004. Accordingly
application has been made for 3,300,000 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM
which is expected to take place, and dealings are expected to commence, on 29
October 2004. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing
ordinary shares. There will then be 30,387,407 Lawrence ordinary shares in
issue.
