                    Additional Listing / Exercise of Options

The  Board has been notified today that certain employees have acquired in total
30,000  Lawrence  ordinary shares as a result of the exercise  of  options  over
30,000 ordinary shares at £2.025 per share, granted on the 13th August 2003.

Accordingly,  application has been made for 30,000 new  ordinary  shares  to  be
admitted to trading on AIM on 10 October 2006.

The  new  ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares  of  the
Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company
will increase to 31,150,227 ordinary shares.
