                               Additional Listing

The  Board has been notified today that an employee has acquired 30,000 Lawrence
ordinary  shares  as  a result of the exercise of options over  30,000  ordinary
shares at £1.25 per share, granted on 24 October 2002.

Accordingly,  application has been made for 30,000 new  ordinary  shares  to  be
admitted to trading on AIM on 30 January 2007.

The  new  ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares  of  the
Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company
will increase to 31,180,227 ordinary shares.
