The Company has been notified today that a number of employees have acquired  in
total  120,300 Lawrence ordinary shares as a result of the exercise  of  options
over the following:

75,000  ordinary shares at a price of 132 pence per share granted on 11  October
1999.

7,500  ordinary shares at a price of 130 pence per share granted  on  27  August
1997.

7,800  ordinary shares at a price of 125 pence per share granted  on  16  August
1998.

10,000  ordinary shares at a price of 202.5 pence per share granted on 6  August
2003.

10,000  ordinary shares at a price of 202.5 pence per share granted on 6  August
2003.

10,000  ordinary shares at a price of 342 pence per share granted  on  6  August
2004.

Accordingly,  application has been made for 120,300 new ordinary  shares  to  be
admitted to trading on AIM on 09 September 2005.

Following this, the number of shares in issue will be 31,080,227.
