Lawrence plc (the "Company" or "Lawrence")

                               Additional Listing

The  Board  was  notified  yesterday that some of the Company's  employees  have
acquired  in total 40,000 Lawrence ordinary shares at a price of 125p per  share
as a result of the exercise of options granted to them on 24 October 2002.

Accordingly,  application has been made for 40,000 new  ordinary  shares  to  be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market on Thursday 29 December
2005.

Following this, the number of shares in issue will be 31,120,227.
