                           Exercise of Options

The  Board  has been notified today that an employee has acquired  6,375
Lawrence  ordinary shares at a price of 132 pence per share as a  result
of the exercise of options granted to him in October 1999.

Accordingly, application has been made for 6,375 new ordinary shares  to
be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market on Wednesday
14 April 2004.

Following this, the number of shares in issue will be 26,760,727.
