                          - Issue of additional shares -

The Board announces that application has been made for an additional 20,000 new
ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.  These new ordinary shares arose
as a result of the exercise of options under the Company's Executive Share
Option Scheme.  Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on
13thSeptember 2002.
