                     Eckoh plc - Voting Rights and Capital



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:



As a result of the share buy back announced on 13 December 2006, Eckoh plc's
share capital now consists of 273,961,687 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each,
which includes 25,500,000 ordinary shares held in Treasury, which the Company
intends to cancel in due course.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Eckoh plc is 248,461,687.



The above figure (248,461,687) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Eckoh plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
