            Recommended Offer for Intelliplus Group plc - Update

Evolution Beeson Gregory announces on behalf of Eckoh Technologies plc ("Eckoh")
that the Offer Document containing the recommended offer for Intelliplus Group
plc ("Intelliplus") and accompanying documents were posted to respective
shareholders on the 9 August 2003.


To accept the Offer, completed Forms of Acceptance should be completed and
despatched by shareholders of Intelliplus as soon as possible, and in any event
so as to be received by no later than 3.00p.m on 30 August 2003.


In addition, Eckoh also posted on the same day a circular to respective
shareholders containing a notice of EGM to approve the resolutions in relation
to the Offer.

Authority, is acting exclusively for Eckoh in connection with the Offer and
