           Notification of Preliminary Results and Change of Advisor

The Directors of Eckoh plc will be announcing the Company's results for the year
ended 31 March 2007 on Monday 18 June 2007.

Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer and Adam Moloney, Chief Financial Officer
will be hosting a presentation on the day at 09.30 a.m. to analysts at the
offices of Corfin Communications, 11th Floor, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N.

Eckoh is pleased to announce that it has appointed Seymour Pierce as nominated
advisor and broker with immediate effect.
