Eckoh Technologies plc have issued 70,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25p each as
follows:



Pursuant to the above-named Company's Employee Share Option Plans options over
70,000 Ordinary shares of 0.25p each have been exercised. The Shares rank
pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.


An application for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Friday 3rd October 2003.
