Inclusion in Crown Commercial Service framework

 

Eckoh plc (AIM: ECK), the global provider of Customer Engagement Data Security Solutions, announces it has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service's Network Services 3 (NS3) framework (RM6116) for both Contact Centre and Inbound Telephony services.

 

Being named as a supplier on the NS3 agreement gives Eckoh the opportunity to deliver its market-leading contact centre services and solutions to central government and across the public and third sectors. As a supplier on the NS3 agreement, Eckoh can continue to grow its business in large enterprises and public sector organisations, offering a suite of secure customer engagement products and services.

 

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2022/23, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £3.8 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

 

As the biggest public procurement organisation in the UK, CCS provides professional procurement services to the public sector enabling organisations to purchase a wide range of pre-tendered products and services. The NS3 agreement, covers a range of solutions and services including, Cloud Services, Contact Centre Services, and Network Solutions.
