Following the completion of the Tender Offer, the Company announces that it
today received notification that Gartmore Investment Limited and Gartmore Fund
Managers Limited have notifiable interests in the Company of 5,656,957 and
9,745,652 ordinary shares of 0.25p each respectively representing 2.9% and 4.9%
of the total number of ordinary shares held by persons other than the Company.
