                               Holding in Company


The Company was notified today by Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited
("USS") of an interest in 10,600,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This represents 3.89 per cent of the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital.

Of the holding set out above, USS have decreased their holding in the Company,
due to the recent sale of 500,000 Ordinary Shares.
