interest in 38,185,798 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("
Ordinary Shares"). This represents 14.01 per cent of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.



Gartmore Investment Limited ("GIL"), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ("GFM") and
Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP") have increased their reportable interest in the
Company.
