Whilst there will be a short term impact on Group profitability following the disposal, the cash consideration will be applied in strengthening the balance sheet of the remaining business and assisting the management in growing the core Speech Solutions division. Antiphony Limited is a subsidiary of AMV Holding Limited, which specialises in providing mobile content and branded services to both consumers and businesses.
