The Company was informed that, Mr Brian McArthur Muscroft, a director of the
Company, purchased on 1 October 2003 174,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in
the Company at 11p per share.


Following this transaction, Mr McArthur Muscroft has a beneficial interest in
174,000 ordinary shares, which represents approximately 0.07 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
