The Company has been informed that Nik Philpot, Chief Executive, has bought 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company on 24 August 2011 at a price of 6.75p per share. Nik Philpot now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 3,052,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.53% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
