                                 Board Changes


Eckoh Technologies plc ("Eckoh"), a leading European speech application services
provider, is pleased to announce three new board appointments following the
acquisition of Intelliplus Group. Mike Neville has been appointed as Business
Development Director, Peter Reynolds as Non-Executive Director and Martin Smith
as Non-Executive Director. These appointments will become effective from 24
September 2003.

Following these appointments Nick Alexander, Neil Macdonald and Craig Niven
hereby resign as Non-Executive Directors with effect from 24 September 2003.

David Best, Chairman of Eckoh commented:

"I would like to thank Nick, Neil and Craig for their support and counsel over
the last few years and welcome Mike, Peter and Martin to the Board. We look
forward to their help in integrating Intelliplus into Eckoh, and using their
considerable business and telecommunications experience to move the group
forward."

In accordance with paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules the following
