Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for 264,111 Ordinary shares of 0.25p
each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted
to the Official List. The shares shall rank pari passu with
the existing issued shares of the Company.

The listing consists of 246,711 shares issued as part
consideration for the acquisition of Formula-1.co.uk and
17,400 shares issued upon the Exercise of options under the
Unapproved Employee Share Option Plan.
