Further to this morning's announcement regarding the proposed issue of 245,788,895 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in IRG, the Company is now aware or has been notified that that the following parties will hold beneficial interests of more than three percent of the company's issued share capital following admission of the new ordinary shares which is expected to take place on 16 May 2016 ("Admission").

The above holding notifications are conditional upon Admission.

Correction:

The Company also wishes to correct and clarify this morning's announcement that it is 34,800,000 Creditor Shares that are being issued to a trade creditor at the price of 0.25p per Share. All other numbers disclosed remain correct.
