DIRECTOR  SHAREHOLDING

The Company was notified on 17 August 2012 that, as part of a reorganisation of family shareholdings in the Company, Tim James, a Director of the Company, and his wife Janine, purchased 167,433 and 167,500 ordinary shares in the Company respectively at 8.5 pence per share on 17^th August 2012.

Following these purchases, Tim James is interested in 501,424 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
