                            DIRECTOR  SHAREHOLDING



The Company was notified on 22 February 2006 that Alexandra Nash, wife of
Grayson Nash (Chairman of the Company), purchased 93,000 of the Company's
ordinary shares at 60.4 pence per share on 22 February 2006.

After this purchase, Grayson Nash is interested in 5,907,350 of the Company's
ordinary shares, representing approximately 17.67 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
