                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was notified on 10 April 2006 that Timothy Bidewell James, a
Director of the Company, purchased 36,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 55
pence per share on 5 April 2006.

Following this purchase, Timothy Bidewell James is interested in 36,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.001 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
