The Company was notified on 1 December 2003 that Henderson Global Investors
Limited and its associated companies hold  1,000,000 ordinary shares
representing 3.48% per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary share
capital.

This follows the sale of 885,576 ordinary shares on 28 November for The
Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust  plc who no longer hold any shares
in the Company and the purchase of 813,500 ordinary shares on 28 November for
Strata  Investment Plc which represents the 3.48% of the issued share capital
and the entire holding.
