Directorship Change

 

East Imperial plc, the global purveyor of ultra-premium beverages, today announces that Charles Caminada will step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Companyand Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee, with effect from 28 February 2022.


Following his departure, Colin Henry will become Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee.
