Change of Company Name
East Imperial, the purveyor of premium beverages, is pleased to confirm that the Company's name has been changed to East Imperial plc following shareholder approval for the special resolution at the General Meeting of the Company held on 16 July 2021.
The Company retains its existing ticker (EISB), SEDOL (BMZ1ND5) and ISIN (GB00BMZ1ND56) following the change of name.
Shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes. Any new share certificates issued will bear the new name.
