Eagle Eye celebrates further accolades for its culture and innovation

Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS company that creates digital customer connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing, has moved up the rankings to 7th place in the UK's Best Companies to Work for, and also ranked as the 7th most innovative marketing technology company in the world in the recent TMW (The Martech Weekly) 100 awards.

These awards mark the continued successful embodiment of Eagle Eye's belief in following the Golden Rule: treat people the way they want to be treated. This can be seen both in the world-class culture within the Company, as well as in how the Group creates value through building and delivering world-class products to its clients, enabling them to treat their own customers as they would like to be treated, through the power of personalisation.

Best Companies to Work For Awards

Eagle Eye has been ranked the 7th Best Company to Work for in the UK in Q4 2023, moving the business 13 places higher compared to last year, and placed in the top 10 in a further four categories.

The five accolades are:

·      The UK's Best Company to Work For - 7th place

·      Technology's Best Company to Work For - 5th place

·      The UK's Best Mid-Sized Company - 5th place

·      The North West's Best Company - 5th place

·      The South East's Best Company - 6th place

The Best Companies to Work for Awards celebrates workplace engagement and recognises companies' commitment to their employees and demonstrates that a business sees workplace engagement as a vital part of its success.

TMW 100 Awards

Eagle Eye has been placed 7th in the 2023 TMW 100 list and received the prestigious 'Judge's Pick' award. The TMW 100 awards recognise companies that are driving the future of marketing technology through innovation and execution. A global panel selects contenders for the 'Judge's Pick', and the wider community votes to influence the Top 100 rankings.

Innovation is at the heart of Eagle Eye, and these awards acknowledge the Group's commitment to driving innovation and continually delivering new solutions to the market.

Tim Mason, CEO of Eagle Eye, commented: "These awards are testament to the talent and dedication of our team at Eagle Eye, who collectively create value for our customers through living out the Golden Rule, positioning Eagle Eye at the forefront of personalisation technology."
