Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

It has come to the Company's notice that in an announcement dated 10 March 2011 the shareholding of Prof. Oliver James, Non-executive Chairman, was understated by 5,000 shares because of a clerical error; his reported holding of 38,500 shares should have been quoted as 43,500 shares. The same applies to the report of Prof. James' holding in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2011. Further holdings announcements on 27 October 2011 and 14 March 2012 repeated this understatement.  Prof. James' correct holding as of 14 March 2012 was 103,000 shares, representing 0.1% of the total voting rights of the Company, which currently stands at 138,126,467 shares all carrying voting rights.
