Director's Holding in the Company

The Company was notified on 4 April 2008 that the partner of John Cordiner,
Commercial and Finance Director, acquired 9,190 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence
each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 2 April 2008 at a
price of 54 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Company was also notified on 4 April 2008 that John Cordiner acquired 8,000
Ordinary Shares on 2 April 2008 at a price of 58 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these acquisitions, John Cordiner has a total notifiable interest of
371,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.67% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
