       Notification of Director's and Significant Shareholders' Interests



e-Therapeutics has been notified today that RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund
Limited ('RAB') granted options over 1,250,000 of its ordinary shares of 0.1
pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Cornhill on 30
November 2007.  These options are exercisable at 67 pence per Ordinary Share
from 30 November 2007 until 28 November 2009.  Any exercise of the options
during the period until 28 November 2008 is subject to the consent of WH
Ireland, the Company's nominated adviser.   RAB is currently the beneficial
owner of 17,407,950 Ordinary Shares, representing 31.25% of the issued Ordinary
Share capital of the Company.



e-Therapeutics has also been notified today that Malcolm Young, chief executive,
has today granted options over 500,000 of his Ordinary Shares to Cornhill Asset
Management Limited ('Cornhill'), the Company's broker.  These options are
exercisable at 67 pence per Ordinary Share from 3 December 2008 until 3 December
2011.  Any exercise of the options during the period from 3 December 2008 until
28 November 2009 is subject to the consent of WH Ireland, the Company's
nominated adviser.  Malcolm Young currently holds 20,620,482 Ordinary Shares,
representing 37.01% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.



Following the grant of the options as set out above, Cornhill has an interest in
the securities of e-Therapeutics as follows:
