Oxford and Newcastle, UK, 30 May 2014- e-Therapeutics plc (AIM: ETX) announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2014, which includes the notice convening the Company's 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM), has been posted to shareholders today. The annual report is available for electronic download from the Company's website, www.etherapeutics.co.uk.

The 2014 AGM will take place at the offices of Bond Dickinson LLP at St Ann's Wharf, 112 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne  NE1 3DX at 11.00am on Wednesday 9 July 2014.
