Result of General Meeting

DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier and logistics services, is pleased to announce that all of the Resolutions proposed at the Company's General Meeting, held today, were approved by a show of hands.  

In respect of the Resolutions proposed at the General Meeting, the results of the proxy votes received are set out below:
