                       DUNELM GROUP plc (" the Company")


In accordance with paragraph 12.4.6R of the Listing Rules, the Company advises
that it has made the following purchases of its own equity shares:


1.   25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each were purchased on
     27th November 2007 in order to be held as treasury shares.

2.   The highest price paid for a share was 186p.

3.   The lowest price paid for a share was 186p.


4.   Following the purchase of shares referred to above the Company 
     holds a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury 
     shares.
