In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Dunelm
Group plc ("Dunelm" or the "Company")  would like to notify the market that
Dunelm's capital consists of 200,617,400 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Dunelm is 200,617,400 and this
figure may be used by shareholders as  the denominator to determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Dunelm 
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
