DUNELM GROUP plc (the Company)

In accordance with paragraph 12.6.4 R of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has made the following transfers of ordinary shares out of treasury:

1.    80,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each were today transferred out of treasury to participants in its Dunelm Group Approved Share Option Plan and the Dunelm Group Executive Option Plan.

2.    The highest price paid for a share was £0.621

3.    The lowest price paid for a share was £0.621

4.    Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 998,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares.

5.    The total number of shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 199,793,400.
