As a result of the Return of Capital of 21.5 pence per Ordinary Share by way of a "B" share scheme, as set out in a circular to shareholders posted on 25 February 2010 (the "Circular"), directors of Dunelm Group plc ( the "Company") have today made elections in respect of their  "B" shares in the Company as follows:
