Aberdeen Asset Management PLC announces in conformity with the Transparency
Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the
following:

Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC consists of 154,008,534 ordinary 25p
shares with voting rights.  Dunedin Income Growth holds 3,642,201 ordinary
shares in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Dunedin Income Growth is
154,008,534.


The above figure (154,008,534) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Dunedin Income Growth under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
