Transaction in Own Shares

DUNEDIN INCOME GROWTH INVESTMENT TRUST PLC


On  3  November  2004, Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust  PLC  bought  back
100,000   ordinary  shares  for cancellation at  a  price  of  178p  per  share.
Following  the  buy back, there are 158,100,735 ordinary shares in  issue.   The
share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
