On 14 February 2008 Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC purchased 50,000
ordinary shares at 223.25 pence per share. These shares will be held in
treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:



151,657,194 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

4,020,741 Ordinary shares held in treasury

155,677,935 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
