On 15 April 2008 Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC purchased 12,500
ordinary shares at 224.5 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:



151,524,694 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

4,153,241 Ordinary shares held in treasury

155,677,935 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
