On 5 October 2005, Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC purchased for
cancellation 70,000 of its own 25p ordinary shares at 200.0 pence per share.



Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
157,650,735 ordinary shares of 25p each.
