DUNEDIN INCOME GROWTH INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
On 13 September 2004, Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC bought back
250,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 170p per share.
Following the buy back, there are 158,200,735 ordinary shares in issue. The
share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
